WE SPECIALIZE
IN ROASTING OUR FAMOUS PIGS!
Pricing includes:
With all the trimmings, cole slaw, Q's beans, potato salad,
BBQ sauce, foam plates, dinnerware, Chef & Crew serve for
1 hour, each additional hour add $150.00 (30 - 49 people $15.95
per) (50 - 75 people $13.95 per) (75 - 99 people $12.95 per)
(100 - 150 people $11.95 per) , minimum 30 adults required for
on site catering plus tax and 15% gratuity. Depending on the
event size or special request, some roasting may require the
hog(s) to be precooked at the restaurant and delivered in the
roaster for presentation.

WHOLE ROASTED PIG, You pick-up or we can deliver for a fee.
(30-49 lbs $6.95 lb) (50-79 lbs $5.95lb)
(80-99 + lbs $4.95 lb) price doesn't include garnish add $50.00

Terms of Changes, Cancellation, or Reschedule:
Long Distance events require special arrangements.
For events outside of the SLC Valley there will be a travel
fee added.
All catering changes for the event, cancellations, or rescheduling
must be made 14 days prior to the event.
100% of deposit shall be refunded for all cancellations made
14 days prior to the event. Deposits shall be retained by Q4U
Hickory Smoked BBQ Restaurant for all cancellations made the
day of event less 14 days, with exception of cancellations due
to death or serious illness/injury. For rescheduled events,
Q4U shall retain the deposit. Q4U reserves the right to cancellation
of catering any event, anytime prior to the event.
Under such circumstances, 100% of deposit shall be refunded
by Q4U Hickory Smoked Barbeque Restaurant.
Terms of Payment:
Q4U Hickory Smoked Barbeque Restaurant requires a 50% deposit
of estimated cost to secure the event date. At the minimum 50%
is due 3 weeks prior to the event date. The balance is due no
later than 2 weeks prior to the date of the event (unless approved
otherwise).
I have read and understand the terms of agreement as disclosed
above.
