Texas Style Chili Ingredients:
Cut steak into 1/2" cubes Brown meat in oil in Dutch oven, remove and set aside Add onions, peppers, and garlic to drippings in pan over medium heat Cook for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add more old if necessary Return meat to the pan, and add tomatoes and their liquid and the remaining ingredients Reduce heat to low, cover and simmer 1-1/2 hours or until meat is for tender, stirring occasionally Makes 6 or 7 servings Note: Individual servings may be garnished with chopped onion and shredded sharp Chedder and Montery Jack cheese.
