Let us
start by telling you a little about how Q-4-U came about. In
the early summer month of June 1996 our 12 X 8 teal, magenta,
and white concession trailer hit the fair scene with a bang.
We served beef brisket sandwiches, hot link sausages & featured
our now special sauce.
We must admit, at the
time, we were testing the market for bigger and better things
to come. People commented, and laughed at the license plate
frame on the trailer which read "When I grow up I want
to be a restaurant."
Well, one
year, later because of the success of our enjoyable fair experiences,
we felt it was time to let the dream unfold to Q-4-U Hickory
Smoked Bar-B-Que Restaurant.

Customers
that have tried our slow cooked beef brisket, pulled pork,
and our very tender, succulent ribs will tell you the same.

Our ribs,
which are now becoming famous (def
famous: adj much talked about),
so I guess we've earned the right to call them famous, are covered
with our homemade sauce and special blend of spices, bringing
out the best in quality products we serve that are prepared
fresh daily. The combination of cuisine, a cozy, fun, intimate
atmosphere and service, leads to a fun packed dining experience.
